Consumer Price Index - The base year is 2012. The value of the index for the base year is taken 100. It is a monthly data, released on 12th of every month 4. Wholesale Price Index (2011-12=100) - It is a monthly data, released on 14th of every month by the Office of the Economic Adviser to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. 5. Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (2001=100) - It is released on the last working day of every month by the Labour Bureau, Government of India.
